บ่อยครั้งที่การนำเสนอทางธุรกิจจำเป็นจะต้องมีการนำภาพ
ตัวเลข กราฟ
ตลอดจนข้อความต่างๆมาแสดงควบคู่กันไปเพื่อให้ผู้ฟังเห็นภาพได้ชัดเจนและเข้าใจในสิ่งที่ถูกนำเสนอได้สะดวกขึ้น
ในระหว่างการใช้ทัศนูปกรณ์ต่างๆ เช่น เครื่องฉายสไลด์ เครื่องฉายแผ่นใส โปสเตอร์
ตลอดจนวีดิโอ และคอมพิวเตอร์
จึงควรมีคำพูดแบบต่างๆไว้เพื่อดึงความสนใจและชักชวนให้ผู้ฟังมองไปที่จุดซึ่งเราต้องการดังต่อไปนี้
